HR Strategic Planning
Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy
Design the group human resources department structure, positions and process

Formulate HR Plans, Policies &procedures according to organizational objectives.

Oversees and manages the work of reporting Human Resources staff. Encourages the ongoing development of the Human Resources staff.
Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition, sports teams support, company philanthropic giving, and administration.

Defines all Human Resources training programs, and assigns the authority / responsibility of Human Resources and managers within those programs.
Provides necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops, manuals, employee handbooks, and standardized reports.
Leads the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.
Establishes an in-house employee training system that addresses company training needs including training needs assessment, new employee orientation or on boarding, management development, production cross-training, the measurement of training impact, and training transfer.
Assists managers with the selection and contracting of external training programs and consultants.

Manages the development and maintenance of the Human Resources sections of the Internet, particularly recruiting, culture, and company information; and Intranet sites.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Senior Management team to deliver the HR Strategy, to ensure a proactive approach in managing the HR service across the business in line with strategic objectives;
Forecast and prepare the annual budget by gathering relevant information, e.g. annual workforce plans, pay reviews and training requirements;
Manage and monitor the HR and Administration budgets and track spend vs budget on an on-going basis, particularly for recruitment and training;
Maintain and develop a current framework of policies and procedures ensuring accordance with local legislation;
Manage and recommend local benefit plans in liaison with the HR Director and CFO
Advice and support managers on disciplinary, grievance and performance management issues ensuring all policies are adhered to;
Ensure effective training programs are delivered, e.g. Induction, Management Development, Appraisals
Provide accurate and timely management information and reports on data such as staff turnover, sickness absence, cost per hire, training, etc.
Coordinate the monthly payroll process and ensure it is completed accurately and to deadlines supporting the HR Assistant where necessary
Supervising of the development, administration and implementation of all HR functions, such as: interviewing, recruitment, appraisals, training and professional development, benefits, and associate relations activities.
